While it may not be a premium solution, this VRM setup can definitely keep up with the Ryzen 9 7950X3D.
AMD does not provide an unlocked multiplier on the 3D V-Cache CPUs, so the Ryzen 9 7950X3D is not overclockable by traditional means. Therefore, if you’re on a relatively tight budget, going for a B650 motherboard is a perfectly fine choice for stock operation.
