While it may not be a premium solution, this VRM setup can definitely keep up with the Ryzen 9 7950X3D.
For storage, you get 3x M.2 slots and 4x SATA 6Gb/s connectors. Two of the three M.2 slots are from the CPU, where one of them is PCIe 5.0, and the other one is PCIe 4.0. You get 12x Rear USB ports and 7x Front ports for connectivity, including one Type-C port on the back panel and one on the front, which is a good configuration.
