[Press Release] The abxylute 3D One launches as the first handheld PC built for native, glasses-free 3D gaming. It uses an 11-inch electronic-raster display, real-time eye tracking, and Intel’s Core Ultra 7 Processor 258V to deliver stable depth without the drawbacks that made older 3D devices fade away.
The device pulls depth information directly from game engines, breaking scenes into layers for clean separation between environments, characters, effects, and UI. This approach reduces latency, mitigates performance loss, and avoids ghosting seen in generic 3D mods. Over fifty Steam titles are already optimized.
The 11-inch 2K panel is tuned for strong depth and pop-out effects while staying portable. Real-time eye tracking keeps the stereoscopic image stable as players shift their viewing angles, offering wider, more comfortable 3D zones.
Games optimized for abxylute 3D One handheld.
Instant AI 2D-to-3D conversion allows movies, classic games, streaming video, and photos to gain depth with a single toggle. Players can switch between 3D and 2D at any time, making long sessions easier while still letting scenes or combat benefit from added depth.
The 3D One supports optimized Steam titles, SBS 3D content, VR games with SBS modes, 3DS titles, and any game with SBS output via tools like ReShade. Everything else can run through AI conversion. Full-screen movies, stereo video, and creative 3D software also work in glasses-free 3D.
Intel’s 258V processor supplies the AI power needed for real-time depth analysis. The handheld also works as a whole Windows device, with hall-effect controls, a high-refresh 2K screen, a touchpad, back buttons, and support for handheld, tablet, detached, and kickstand setups.
The campaign is live on Kickstarter, with an early bird price of $1,499 and a retail price of $1,799. Initial units ship in December, followed by the rest in February.

Black Flag Resynced has been rated by the European board PEGI for ages 18+.
This all but confirms that the remake is real and could be revealed at The Game Awards.
The much-anticipated title is expected to be released sometime around March 2026.
Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Remake is one of the worst-kept Ubisoft secrets of all time. The game hasn’t been officially confirmed, but has been rumored and reported for years. Another new development further confirms the game’s existence.
The European board recently rated ‘Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced’, which basically confirms that the Remake will be announced really soon. So, we could be looking at an official announcement at The Game Awards 2025.
Why it matters: Black Flag is considered one of the best Assassin’s Creed games of all time, so fans are hyped about the project, considering the recent few releases in the franchise haven’t been up to the mark.
Black Flag Resynced was rated at the European board, confirming the remake
Pan European Game Information (PEGI) has rated Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced for ages 18 and above. However, that is all the information it has at this point. There are no listed platforms or anything else.
Mirage tried to revive the game’s original formula, but couldn’t; Black Flag Remake could win the fans back. The remake was hinted at for a March 2026 release in the recent Ubisoft financial report. Its open world is reportedly closer to Shadows.
The remake has been rumored and reported for quite some time now
Nonetheless, this is great news for the fans who have been looking forward to the remake for a very long time. The original recently surpassed 34 million players, marking a huge feat for the legendary title.

Leaks have hinted at Leon Kennedy’s return in Resident Evil Requiem for many months.
Official PlayStation artwork has now confirmed that the character is indeed in the game.
Capcom could officially reveal the character in a new trailer at The Game Awards this week.
Resident Evil Requiem brings some familiar characters back to the franchise while also introducing newcomers like Grace Ashcroft. However, rumors have suggested that one key character from past entries makes his return in next year’s Resident Evil offering.
Although Leon Kennedy’s role in Capcom’s upcoming horror title was only a rumor until recently, a new leak has now confirmed that the character will indeed make his grand return to the series soon.
Why it matters: Leon Kennedy is among the IP’s most popular protagonists, thanks to his role in Resident Evil 4. Moreover, the recently released Resident Evil 4 Remake has introduced the character to a brand new audience.
PlayStation Has Spilled The Beans
Previously, leaker Dusk Golem claimed Capcom kept Leon Kennedy’s role in Resident Evil Requiem a secret.
The latest leak proves that the leaker was right all along, and it comes from the PlayStation Store itself. PlayStation seems to have leaked an updated version of the game’s cover art, which features an older, more battle-hardened Leon.
This leak has also been verified by multiple PlayStation gamers and media outlets. Capcom could make an official announcement at The Game Awards later this week, but the cat is finally out of the bag for now. However, just how big a role Leon plays in the game and its story is still anybody’s guess for now.
The Character Last Appeared In RE4 Remake
Given the fact that Leon is featured on the cover art, it may be safe to assume that he will not be limited to a small cameo. Still, it will be interesting to see how Capcom integrates one of its most iconic protagonists into its latest Resident Evil entry.

A notable report claims Disney and Lucasfilm Games have been planning a Star Wars: KOTOR 2 remake.
It is a full and modern remake codenamed Juliet that has been in development as recently as March.
A credible insider also previously said the Star Wars KOTOR remake will appear at The Game Awards.
The Star Wars franchise is also one of the most influential when it comes to games. While many projects are a hit or miss, the Knights of the Old Republic titles are considered a nostalgic masterpiece that fans have been wanting to experience via remakes for a long time.
The original KOTOR remake has been in development since 2021, with no other official sightings so far. However, a new report says it has not only been in development as recently as early this year, but a remake of the second entry has also been in the works.
Why it matters: Disney and Lucasfilm Games seem to have big plans for the Star Wars KOTOR franchise, even if the original remake is still nowhere to be seen for years. Many insiders have considered it dead since, but new reports suggest otherwise.
Star Wars KOTOR 2 Remake is being planned, claims a credible report.
A report by Game File’s Stephen Totilo highlights that a full-fledged modern remake of the second KOTOR, codenamed Juliet, was in the works as recently as March 2025. It is also supposed to come with all of Obsidian’s cut content.
This comes via legal documents sifted by Stephen, so it’s unclear if Aspyr’s KOTOR II remake is still in development.
with modern art, modern gameplay, you know, keep the story and the characters and the general—the general content of KOTOR 2, but remake it for modern hardware and modern machines with updated graphics and all those kinds of things.
-Douglas Reilly, Lucasfilm Games vice president.
The second remake being in development also doesn’t sound absurd anymore because credible insider Kurakasis recently teased that the KOTOR I remake will be unveiledat The Game Awards on December 11th.
Fans are also excited for the remake of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
On a side note, Respawn’s Star Wars Jedi 3 could also be announced soon, as it was confirmed to be in development earlier this year.

Take-Two has hired the Perfect Dark head and director to start a new studio under 2K Games.
Take-Two initially tried to save the Perfect Dark reboot, but the deal broke apart at the last minute.
The game was canceled earlier this year by Xbox, and The Initiative studio was dissolved as part of the layoffs.
Among many other canceled or shelved games, the Perfect Dark reboot was shaping up to be one of Xbox’s biggest endeavors this year. The entry met a grim fate, and its studio, The Initiative, was closed as part of Microsoft’s ongoing layoffs.
Therefore, the whole team was dissolved after the project was scrapped. Now, Take-Two is hiring Perfect Dark head Darrell Gallagher and director Brian Horton to start a new studio within the 2K Games umbrella.
Why it matters: The Perfect Dark studio head and director might develop new gaming IPs or lead the next installments in existing 2K franchises. Gamers are excited to learn more about the new studio.
Jason Schreier says Take-Two hired the Perfect Dark head to launch a new studio under 2K Games.
This tidbit comes from the reputable insider Jason Schreier on Bluesky, who clarifies this new development after Take-Two almost saved the project earlier this year.
As per LinkedIn profiles, Darrel is joining as SVP, Studio Head of the new company, while Brian will be the VP, Head of Creative. The new studio will be working on an ‘ambitious’ unannounced project.
I’m excited to share that I will be joining 2K as SVP, Studio Head, where I’ll be building a new studio and leading an ambitious opportunity unlike anything I’ve taken on before.
-Darrel Gallagher, Studio Head.
Not many details are known about the new studio yet, as 2K has not officially announced it. It’s unclear whether the rest of the Perfect Dark team is making a comeback or the studio is only employing the two named executives.
The Perfect Dark reboot would have revitalized the franchise with modern mechanics.
For those not in the know, Perfect Dark allegedly needed another $80 to $90 million, which was about 30% of a typical AAA production. So, the deal collapsed right when Crystal Dynamics was close to moving the reboot to Take-Two.
Do you think the new studio under 2K Games will be able to produce a game similar to Perfect Dark? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below, or join the discussion on the Tech4Gamers forum.

The Game Awards host Geoff Keighley says a new Tomb Raider title will be at the upcoming event.
It is expected to be Crystal Dynamics’ open-world AAA entry, which has been in development for years.
The game could also be a full-fledged remake of the original Tomb Raider.
Tomb Raider is one of the most iconic gaming IPs, and it hasn’t seen a worthy project in many years. Therefore, the demand for Lara Croft’s new adventures is at an all-time high among gamers, but all that accumulated hype and patience is finally coming to an end.
The Game Awards executive producer and prolific host, Geoff Keighley, has confirmed leaks about a new Tomb Raider entry set to appear at this year’s highly anticipated show.
Multiple Tomb Raider titles have been rumored to be in the cooker for a while now.
Why it matters: The unveiling of a new Tomb Raider project could make this year’s The Game Awards event one of the most successful ones to date, as many other highly anticipated titles are also expected to appear.
A new Tomb Raider game is being announced at The Game Awards, host Geoff Keighley confirms.
On Twitter, Geoff says gamers should tune in on December 11 for the announcement of a new Tomb Raider. The most rumored game in question is Crystal Dynamics’ AAA open-world project set in Northern India.
However, work on it has persisted, and new rumors suggested its characters were heavily reworked. Lara Croft is featured at her prime, and the open world boasts multiple harsh biomes, including deserts, jungles, cliffs, and icy mountains.
A notable insider claimed that The Game Awards would unveil a full-fledged remake of the original Tomb Raider, with a launch planned for next year. So, it remains unclear exactly which game out of the two we’ll be getting to see at the awaited event.
Many players are excited for this potential entry.

Netflix recently acquired Warner Bros. in a massive $83 billion deal.
It was initially interested in acquiring EA, but settled for WB and its studios.
IPs like Dead Space, Battlefield, Mass Effect, and others could’ve belonged to Netflix.
Last Friday, alarm bells started ringing: Netflix announced the purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery, or so we thought, because now Paramount Skydance is trying to derail the deal. That’s right, while Netflix was loudly announcing its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, which also includes the HBO Max platform, it seems its competition isn’t going to sit idly by.
Last night, it was revealed that Paramount Skydance had made a counteroffer to Warner Bros. to thwart Netflix’s acquisition attempt.
Paramount’s hostile takeover bid involves offering more money, and the best part is that they’re offering immediate cash, unlike Netflix. Furthermore, Paramount maintains that its offer is not only better because it’s more expensive, but also because it has a higher probability of receiving regulatory approval.
Paramount Drops $108.4B Bid, Beating Netflix’s $82.7B For Warner Bros. Discovery
Netflix Buys Warner Bros. Discovery
That’s right, Paramount Skydance’s bid has sparked an unprecedented corporate war in Hollywood, pitting Netflix against its former acquisition, Warner Bros. Discovery. Paramount’s offer is $30 per share, paid entirely in cash, and leaves no stone unturned.
It also includes Warner Bros. Discovery’s film and television studios, the Max streaming service, and its linear networks—a portion that Netflix had excluded from its proposal. Netflix, for its part, offered $27.75 per share, with each share to be purchased for $23.25 in cash and the remaining $4.50 in Netflix stock.
This move was announced just three days after Netflix announced its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. But now, Paramount has entered the picture, offering not only more money—all in cash—but also seeking to acquire the entire company.
That’s why Paramount Skydance has gone all out, sending a letter directly to shareholders. In it, they indicated that they are offering a proposal withgreater value and security. This proposal eliminates the uncertainty associated with stock-based payments and separates the business units from the rest of the parent company before being absorbed by Netflix.
Paramount Skydance also stated that its complete acquisition structure provides a clearer regulatory path and would allow the transaction to close in approximately 12 months.
Warner Bros. Discovery Confirms It Will Evaluate The Offer
Paramount Vs. Netflix Offer For Warner Bross. Discovery
Bad news for Netflix: while the agreement is currently in place, Warner Bros. Discovery has confirmed it will evaluate Paramount Skydance’s acquisition offer. The board will now be forced to review the terms of the acquisition, as the higher-value, all-cash proposal is more beneficial to shareholders.
If Paramount Skydance wins this hostile takeover bid, we would be looking at the future media giant, with studios, streaming services, and traditional television all under one umbrella. However, if Netflix ultimately wins what has become a bidding war, the industry would see a reorganization more focused on digital platforms and major film franchises.
Regardless of who wins the bid, both companies will face intense antitrust scrutiny in the United States and other international markets. Regulators have been warning for years about the risks of excessive concentration in the entertainment industry.
Paramount points out that its offer is more likely to pass these tests. Paramount is not seeking to restructure the company or merge two major streaming platforms, which would eliminate competition and favor a monopoly.
Therefore, Netflix could face regulatory hurdles. The final decision rests with the shareholders, who will decide whether to honor the agreement reached with Netflix or replace it with Paramount’s offer.

Tech4Gamers has found that Fairgames, Sony’s next live-service title, is powered by Unreal Engine 5.
The game is already going through a rough development after poor first impressions.
Recently, the director also departed, leaving the title’s future in doubt.
Coming from 8 cancelled live-service releases out of the planned 12 total ones, Sony still isn’t ready to abandon this bandwagon that sailed away long ago. Going into 2026, they plan to release Fairgames (styled Fairgame$), a live-service title described as a blend of extraction shooter and battle royale genres.
While not much is known about the title officially, Tech4Gamers has come across one job listing from SIE revealing that Fairgames is being powered by Unreal Engine 5. This is a shock, since Sony has quite a few proprietary engines that could’ve been better to use for this game.
Why it matters: Unreal Engine 5 has a bad rep in the gaming industry due to performance-intensive features, and the fact that it’s being used for a live-service game seems like a recipe for disaster.
Details On Sony’s Upcoming Fairgames
SIE is looking to hire an experienced Online Programmer for Haven Entertainment Studios, the developer behind Fairgames. In the ‘Experience and skills required section,’ they’ve mentioned expertise required in Unreal Engine as a plus.
Be proficient in C++ programming, experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.
While the specific version of Unreal Engine hasn’t been mentioned, Haven Studios was formed in 2021, the same year early access to Unreal Engine 5 began. Therefore, it’s pretty obvious that Fairgames will be powered by Unreal Engine 5.
Regarding other updates on the project, Fairgames is going through a rough patch as the development faced a setback following the departure of its director. Things were so bad that rumors began circulating that the project was canceled altogether; however, that wasn’t true.
Decima Engine Could Be A Proper Rival To Unreal Engine 5
At this stage, it’s pretty clear that PlayStation isn’t built to walk the live-service path, as its last release, Concord, was also built on Unreal Engine 5. The game was such a disaster that Sony had to pull the plug on it.
What are your thoughts on Fairgames? Do you think Unreal Engine 5 was a suitable option for the game? Let us know in the comments below, or at the official Tech4Gamers Forums.

Intel is releasing an updated chip series called Arrow Lake Refresh (e.g., Core Ultra 7 270K Plus).
The 270K Plus has 24 cores/24 threads (8 P-Cores, 16 E-Cores)—four more E-Cores than its predecessor.
Geekbench showed a 5.6% single-core gain and a lower-than-expected 4.2% multi-core gain.
Intel will release an improved version of its existing chip line-up. These are known as Arrow Lake Refresh. Let’s talk about the Core Ultra 7 270K Plus performance on Geekbench. The architecture and production process remain unchanged. As a result, we’re talking about upgraded processors that are slightly higher than the present processor range.
The Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus is a 24-core, 24-thread processor, similar to the Ultra 9. This is because it duplicates the configuration of eight high-performance cores (P-Core) and sixteen efficient cores (E-Cores). The E-Core cores have base and turbo frequencies of 3.20 GHz and 4.60 GHz, respectively.
Meanwhile, the P-Core cores run at 3.70 GHz and 5.40 GHz, with a maximum Turbo Boost frequency of 5.50 GHz for each core. The TDP remains at 125W, but increases to 250W at optimum performance.
For context, the Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, which is planned for replacement, has 20 cores and 20 threads. It keeps the same 8 P-Cores but has 12 E-Cores, four fewer. The P-Core frequencies are identical to those of the new model; however, the E-Cores of the older model provide an additional 100 MHz at a base frequency.
The Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus will be released with the Core Ultra 9 290K Plus and Core Ultra 5 250K Plus. All of these processors, of course, work with contemporary Intel LGA1851 motherboards. These processors are designed to keep the market active until the next generation of processors, Intel Nova Lake, and motherboards with the LGA1954 socket come.
Now that we’ve seen the Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus, we can talk about its performance. This processor was detected in the Geekbench 6.4 benchmark when paired with a GIGABYTE Z890 EAGLE motherboard and 64 GB of DDR5 RAM, achieving 4,800 MT/S. Not quite ideal.
This processor achieved a single-core performance score of 3,235 points, a 5.6% increase over the 265K. Multi-core performance improved by 4.2% to 21,368 points. This is less than anticipated, given the addition of four E-Core cores. As a result, while this is a superior update, if it costs substantially more, it loses all attractiveness.

Netflix recently acquired Warner Bros. in a massive $83 billion deal.
It was initially interested in acquiring EA, but settled for WB and its studios.

The past few weeks have been quite eventful for the gaming industry, as there have been some high-profile acquisitions. A couple of days Netflix acquired Warner Bros. However, a new report reveals that initially, the plans were quite different.
Before deciding on going with Warner Bros. and its game studios associated with them, Netflix wanted to acquire EA, Fox, and Disney. The gaming giant is set to be acquired by a Saudi Arabian investment group.
Why it matters: Netflix has, for quite some time trying to make a name for itself in the gaming industry. It started with smaller indie games, but now they seem to want to do things on a much bigger scale.
Netflix recently bought Warner Bros., but was initially interested in EA
A couple of days ago, it was revealed that Netflix had taken over WB for a ridiculous $83 billion. So, not only publishing rights for its movies, but also with its gaming IPs have been transferred to the streaming mammoths.
EA, too, is going private, and the Saudi fund is said to own almost the entirety of the company. But things could’ve been very different as Netflix has emerged as the other company that was interested in acquisition (via Bloomberg).
EA was instead acquired by a Saudi Investment fund
Nonetheless, Netflix made its decisions and now owns all major IPs, including Batman, Mortal Kombat, Hogwarts Legacy, and more. It seems that the company is very interested in going big with its games.
Netflix itself has some huge IPs that can translate well into games; these include Stranger Things and many more. Nonetheless, the WB acquisition could be shaky too, as Paramount has launched a hostile takeover as well.
What are your thoughts on Netflix wanting to go for EA first, and then settling for WB? Let us know your opinions in the comments or join the discussion at the official Tech4Gamers Forum.

Eidos Montreal is working on a massive AAA game that is described as an open-world action-adventure game.
The project has been in development for 6 years, and a release is expected soon.
The next Tomb Raider game is being handled by Crystal Dynamics.
Eidos Montreal has been suffering quite a bit under the helm of Embracer Group, with recent layoffs that also killed the revival of the A Legacy of Kain IP. That said, the developers are working on a multitude of new projects that could turn things around for the studio.
One specific title is a new AAA third-person action-adventure game that has been in development for 6 years, starting from 2019. Just to get a sense of scale, the studio has worked on 11 more projects since then, while development on this game continues.
Why it matters: There isn’t a better studio than Eidos Montreal to handle an action-adventure game, and fans will be excited to see what new ambitious project it will have to offer soon enough.
Currently, details are scarce on this new action-adventure game, but it has been emphasized that the title is massive in scale and has undergone changes since then.
This big project is an open-world action-adventure third-person game, which is being created by the same team that did Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and it’s been in development since 2019.
Also, Eidos Montreal hasn’t released another title since 2021’s Guardians of the Galaxy, and this new title is also unaffected by the recent layoffs, which impacted a completely separate project.
Conceptualization for this game has been finished, and the studio is gearing up for a Beta with an expected release next year. With The Game Awards right around the corner, we can expect to see more about this title at that event.
As for the Tomb Raider IP, Crystal Dynamics is leading development on the next entry, and even though development has been a bumpy ride so far, this title is set to reinvent the franchise for good.
