GTA 6 has been one of the, if not the most, anticipated games ever, fans have been waiting a long time, and after over a decade of pleading, the fans’ pleas were finally answered when Rockstar revealed that the game is in development.

Since GTA 6 was initially announced, there has been a lot of anticipation. Much information about the game has been released through leaks from reliable sources, including the fact that GTA 6 won’t have three playable characters and that Rockstar is aiming for photorealism with it.

Today, Rockstar has significantly suffered as over 90 leaked gameplay videos of GTA 6 have surfaced online. The gameplay footage comes from an alleged hacker who has hacked into Uber previously.

However, it appears that the hacker will not stop there, and the matter has since gotten worse because the hacker is currently attempting to reach a deal with Rockstar. Hacker also threatens Rockstar by saying that he will reveal additional details about the game if his demands are not met.

A person pretending to be a Rockstar/Take-Two employee was able to communicate with the hacker, and the conversation between them can be seen in Tom Henderson’s tweet.

The hacker claimed that he got the GTA 5 and GTA 6 source code and assets, and when asked by the fake employee for proof, the hacker revealed that the IT team could check the logs.

As we all know, Rockstar Games takes excellent care to ensure that no information about their upcoming games is leaked, but this time it looks like Rockstar has taken a significant hit. Take-Two Interactive has already started taking down videos, and we look forward to what happens next.

This is the limited information we have now, but we will look for more news regarding GTA 6. What do you think about hackers threatening to leak more information about GTA 6? Is it the right time for Rockstar Games to reveal the game’s trailer and be done with it for now? Let us know in the comments section.
