Many GTA 6 aficionados have been waiting for a new trailer that showcases the game’s technical and visual prowess in full glory. Rockstar previously confirmed that the title’s marketing would kick in full swing this summer, and it appears the campaign is finally starting.
The studio has now officially revealed GTA 6’s cover art in a new short reveal video. The 30-second footage showcases the game’s first official artwork, along with the news that pre-orders will officially begin on June 25, basically a week from now.
Why it matters: The announcement of the upcoming pre-orders confirms that Rockstar Games has no plans to delay GTA 6 further. The studio is pushing the game’s marketing to new levels.
The cover art shows the game’s various important characters that we saw in the old trailers, including Jason and Lucia, Boobie Ike, Raul Bautista, and others.

Unfortunately, the video only reveals details about the pre-orders. There are no signs of a new GTA 6 trailer that we’ve all been waiting for months.
We’ll likely see gameplay in a new trailer later in the next few weeks, as GTA 6’s marketing progresses. Rockstar has already updated its logo on all its pages to celebrate the coming of the title’s pre-orders.
Rockstar also gives us a new look at Vice City’s skyline. Both the cover art and the Vice City landscape can be seen below.
Past reports claimed that GTA 6 needs to sell at least 25 million copies during its first day to meet analyst expectations. However, all the hype suggests such a lofty goal might be easy for Rockstar’s magnum opus.
Do you think GTA 6 will live up to everyone’s massive expectations, or will the game fall short of satisfying most players even after hogging a huge budget over the years? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below, or join the discussion on the Tech4Gamers forum.
