Price And Availability

GPU PriceGeForce RTX 5070RTX 4070 SuperPrice Difference
Launch MSRP💲549💲5999.1%
Current Price💲549💲93570.3%

As expected, the RTX 5070 sold out quickly after launch. If restocked at $550, it would be a top-value choice. The RTX 4070 Super is also scarce, with prices exceeding $900. We think that spending that much on the RTX 4070 Super is not wise because you can get better GPUs with a $1000 budget.

What We Recommend?

GeForce RTX 5070: The RTX 5070 is based on Nvidia’s avant-garde Blackwell architecture and excels in 1440p gaming. It excels in thermal management. Though it boasts next-gen Ray Tracing cores, it still fails to surpass predictions, leaving room for upgrades. Further, we expected more from this card.

GeForce RTX 4070 Super: The RTX 4070 Super is a competent graphics card also designed for 1440p gaming. With its superior power efficiency, it not only enhances performance but also reduces running costs. It has better ray tracing capabilities. But it is not available near its MSRP now.

We suggest the RTX 5070 as an excellent budget-friendly GPU at $550. However, above this price, you can get better options (like the new AMD RX 9070 XT). The RTX 4070 Super is also an excellent choice if available around $600.
