- Following excitement regarding Pragmata, Capcom’s share prices have surged 11.22% over the last 5 days.
- The game has seen plenty of positivity due to critics’ reviews and general user discussions.
- A sales update from the studio could push share prices even higher in the coming days.
Pragmata has marked yet another successful single-player release from Capcom. Following unprecedented success with Resident Evil Requiem, the publisher’s new IP is soaring in popularity.
Despite being an experimental title, Pragmata is already showing signs of a classic for the Japanese gaming giant. In fact, amid the positivity surrounding this release, the publisher’s share prices have also risen quite a bit.
Why it matters: Capcom is currently one of the industry’s best when it comes to AAA titles, and Pragmata is more proof that the Japanese gaming giant stands in a league of its own.

Looking at data from the last 5 days shows that Capcom’s share prices have increased by 11% or 370 Japanese Yen. At present, the company’s stock is selling for 3,669 Japanese Yen, equivalent to $23.12.
Interestingly, this surge coincides with the arrival of Pragmata’s reviews, which began pouring in on April 13. The trend shows that shares steadily rose till April 17, the game’s official release date.
Because the positivity surrounding this new IP is only growing, Capcom could see another surge in share prices come next week. Keep in mind that user reviews for Pragmata have it competing with iconic releases like Resident Evil 4 Remake, suggesting the Japanese gaming giant has something special on its hands.

Also, Capcom has yet to share official sales figures for Pragmata. If the gaming giant announces an impressive sales milestone sometime later next week, the share prices could see further improvement.
All in all, the Japanese studio is truly on a winning streak, unlike any other AAA developer right now.
