They’ve released a graph that shows if people have had anything positive to say about the brand. Surprisingly, Xbox’s changes appear to be working as its image has seen an upward trend in terms of positive reception.

It took a steep fall first, but it got back up a bit after Sharma took over. It saw even sharper increases when Game Pass prices were decreased, and Xbox rebranded to XBOX. So, the positive image is mounting. 

This shows that the company is finally on the right track. It will still keep the multiplatform model, but there will be enhanced focus on hardware and maintaining high quality, which, if executed well, could push a massive comeback.
