Following the arrival of new CEO Asha Sharma, Xbox has already made sweeping changes. In particular, Game Pass has seen its price go down drastically, and rumors suggest a more custom experience for the subscription service could be on the way.
When acquiring Activision Blizzard, Microsoft also outlined plans for an Xbox mobile store, and while many were suspicious that Asha Sharma would do away with these plans, she has come out and confirmed this is not the case.
Why it matters: Xbox aims to capitalize on Activision Blizzard’s hold over the mobile games ecosystem, thanks to titles like Candy Crush and Call of Duty Mobile.

Responding to ongoing discussions about the fate of the aforementioned Xbox mobile store, Asha Sharma confirmed that this idea is still alive and well.
