Naughty Dog has earned a solid reputation in the gaming industry thanks to its world-famous franchises like The Last Of Us and Uncharted. Their work has been appreciated all around the world, and each project is met with great anticipation by the fans.

With such a huge name in the gaming industry, many are always wondering what is going to be next for the gaming giant, and it seems like we might know, as recently Neil Druckmann, the co-president of Naughty Dog, gave us some insight.

Speaking at Kinda Funny’s Spoilercast to discuss HBO’s The Last Of Us TV Show, Neil Druckmann revealed that Naughty Dog is currently working on its next title, and the developers chose the project they were most enthusiastic about.

Neil Druckmann stated, 

“We are already into our next project, the decision has already been made.”

He said that while he appreciated the demand from fans for The Last of Us Part 3, the concept for the following project has already been decided upon, is now being worked on, and it is something the whole studio chose together, which will keep them excited for the next few years.

Furthermore, when asked about the Last Of Us Multiplayer project, Neil Druckmann stated that The Last Of Us Multiplayer game is their next big title and that we are going to hear much more about it later this year.

Additionally, with The Last of Us Part 1 making its way to the PC platform on March 28, 2023, and new projects upcoming, the future for Naughty Dog seems exciting, and we are looking forward to it.
