With its release date only a few months away, the entire gaming world has been holding its breath for GTA 6. Pre-orders are set to open on June 25th, and the upcoming title is expected to make over $1 billion in just an hour.

The hype for GTA 6 is at an all-time high, but there is still one question that every fan has been asking Rockstar: What will be the retail price of the open-world game? Now, the company has finally let the cat out of the bag and revealed how much the most anticipated game of all time will cost.

In a new press release, Take-Two has revealed that the standard edition of GTA 6 will cost $80 at launch, while the ultimate variant will retail for $100. The company also announced that all pre-order purchases will come with a bonus pack called the Vintage Vice City Pack.

In addition, players who pre-order digitally will get even more perks, including the chance to pre-load the game a week earlier on November 12, 2026. One month of Rockstar’s subscription service for the franchise, GTA+, will also be included in the digital pre-order package for free.

The ultimate edition of GTA 6, which will retail for $100, comes with heaps of content, for example:

  • Exclusive vehicles, weapons, outfits, and car modification shops.
  • special locations throughout the map.
  • Side missions for Lucia and Jason that are exclusive to the Ultimate Edition.
  • Tattoo shops, clothing shops, and saloons.
