Silent Hill: Ascension Gets New Trailer, Coming In 2023

Millions Decide The Fate Of The Characters!

Last year, Konami held a transmission where they revealed several Silent Hill titles in development. One of the titles revealed was Silent Hill: Ascension, which will be a new style of game for the franchise as it is going to be an interactive streaming series.

Previously, a popular leaker hinted that various Silent Hill trailers were ready to be disclosed, with one arriving before June. It seems the report was spot on as Genvid Entertainment has just released a new trailer for Silent Hill: Ascension.

Why it matters: The Silent Hill series is one of the most iconic horror series in the world, and after quite a long hiatus, it is finally making a comeback, with Ascension being just one of the games releasing soon.

The trailer appears intriguing and shows the characters from the interactive Silent Hill title. It also showcases the potential monsters fans will be dealing with, and they look absolutely terrifying.

As previously mentioned, Silent Hill Ascension is going to be a unique experience. Konami, along with Genvid Entertainment and Bad Robots, will be taking fans through the world of Silent Hill in an interactive streaming series.

The game will progress further based on the decisions of the audience, and they will determine the fates of the characters, their relationships, and how events unfold in the world.

It is not yet announced how the audience is going to participate in the game, but judging by Genvid’s previous projects, players might be able to customize their avatars, take part in daily puzzles, and more.

Genvid Entertainment promises that millions of viewers will decide the fate of the characters and the progression of the story. As such, the story will be completely unpredictable. Silent Hill Ascension is also scheduled for 2023.

In addition to the interactive experience, multiple other Silent Hill games are also in development. Summer Game Fest is now right around the corner, so more games like Silent Hill 2 Remake will likely receive new trailers soon.
