12/512 GB Option Priced At €1,579 According To German Retailer

Samsung will officially reveal its upcoming smartphones, watches, and Galay Book during the Galaxy Unpacked event on 1st February 2023. Now we know the expected price of the Samsung Galaxy flagship smartphone.

As revealed by foreign media, depending on the phone’s model purchase, the starting price of the Galaxy S23 phone is around €949, and it will go up to 1,579 euros for the most advanced version, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

The leaked prices are those of Germany, and we might see a slight in many countries like Spain, where the price will be around €10 higher.

Expected Price of Galaxy S23 Series In Germany
  Galaxy S23 Galaxy S23+ Galaxy S23 Ultra
8GB/128GB €949 N/A N/A
8GB/256GB €1,009 €1,199 €1,399
8GB/512GB N/A €1,319 N/A
12GB/512GB N/A N/A €1,579

In terms of specification, the flagship Galaxy s23 ultra will feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, Qualcomm’s top-of-the-line SoC, and at least 8 GB of LPDDR5X RAM. This SoC is expected to live on a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a resolution of 3,088 x 1,440 pixels at 120 Hz with a maximum brightness of 1,750 nits. This will be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

If we talk about the phone’s main attraction, it will bring a quad rear camera with 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP2 primary sensor  Supported by a telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom (10MP).

We have another telephoto lens and an ultra-wide angle of 10 and 12 MP, respectively. As a selfie camera, a 12 MP sensor would be powered by a 5,000 mAh capacity battery

If we add an IP68 chassis (water and dust resistant), the Galaxy S23 Ultra is a good flagship compared to what Apple offers for that price.
