God of War Ragnarok is among the most anticipated games of the year. 2018’s God of war saw Kratos in a brand new world with a vastly different take on his story and gameplay. This change was extremely well received, and the entire industry has patiently awaited more news on the sequel.

While God of War Ragnarok was announced as a 2022 release, PlayStation and Sony Santa Monica have been very quiet about the game. No new information has come on the title since the last showing in 2021. However, it seems like PlayStation might soon be gearing up to break this silence.

Reputed Twitter leaker @insider_wtf has recently teased something related to God of War Ragnarok. The leaker has been spot on with every leak so far. Therefore, it makes sense to trust his word.

At first, the tweet makes barely any sense. However, fans have been quick to decode the tweet. It seems like the leaker has teased a date in binary form. The numbers “11110” come out to “30” when converted to decimal form. This could perhaps be a hint at June 30, 2022. While this might seem too far-fetched, @insider_wtf has been known for his cryptic and outlandish way of tweeting things.

Furthermore, Jason Schreiner has also recently talked about God of War Ragnarok’s release date. According to his sources, the game is still slated for a 2022 release. He also stated that more information is expected later this month, adding more credibility to the Twitter user’s information.

Moreover, Cory Barlog has been teasing God of War information over the past few days. Cory directed God of war 2018, and he is now working as a producer on God of War Ragnarok.

All of this seems to be conclusive evidence towards news related to God of War Ragnarok showing up soon. Sony has been known to announce its State of Plays a few days before the events. Perhaps the brand is looking to hold an entire stream dedicated to the upcoming game. God of War Ragnarok is undoubtedly PlayStation’s most prominent game for 2022, so this would make sense.

God of War Ragnarok news could be the best part of the recent gaming reveals. Fans have been excited for the showdown between Kratos and Thor since the end of the 2018 title. It looks like fans might only have to wait a few more days before finally getting to learn more about the upcoming sequel.
