God of War was released in 2018 and quickly became one of PlayStation’s most successful releases. PlayStation managed to revive the God of War franchise and introduce it to a whole new audience with the 2018 release. Since then, many have been looking forward to an inevitable sequel.

News on the upcoming game has been sparse, despite an announcement for a 2022 release. The developers have mostly been silent and many fans have therefore speculated on the game being delayed.

However, it seems like fans will not be disappointed. God of War Ragnarok has recently been Rated by the Korean Ratings Board

Games are usually rated close to release which could mean that God of War Ragnarok is very likely to come out in 2022. The game’s development is likely close to being finished and advertisement for the game should begin soon. The rating does not say much about the game itself but it does mention a pub. Perhaps, Kratos will take a break from his usual routine to visit a pub at some point.

God of War Ragnarok is shaping up to be one of the biggest games of the year. The game is set to pick up right after the events of the previous game. Many fans have been looking forward to the battle with Thor and it seems like the game does not intend to let them down.

God of War Ragnarok will conclude Kratos’ journey in the Norse mythology and could end up being PlayStation’s most successful exclusive yet.
