Major Opportunity For Corsair!

[Press Release] Corsair has made yet another move to expand its business. The company is entering an exclusive deal with Endor AG, which is set to propel it toward ownership of the Fanatec brand.

Corsair And Fanatec
Corsair Is Helping Endor With A Major Debt

Endor is famously known for specializing in sim racing, and Corsair has agreed to fulfill its short-term cash needs. Following a restructuring of debt worth €70 million, the latter will gain ownership of Endor and, by extension, Fanatec.

The CEOs of both companies see this deal as mutually beneficial, putting their faith in a bright future after the merger. While Endor is glad to be able to get rid of its current debt, the acquisition will open up new doors for Corsair in this unique hardware market based on racing wheels, pedals, and complete sim racing cockpits.

Following the merger, Corsair will grow its business through Fanatec’s range of products, which are currently sold in markets like Europe, Japan, the USA, and more.
