GTA 6 is no stranger to leaks, with the game being leaked all over the internet back in 2022. Since then, the game has been set to receive its first major video on Netflix, but a new leak has surfaced days before the premiere.
The latest leak appears to show gameplay featuring Jason once again, along with the game’s official map.
Why it matters: GTA 6 has had a bunch of fake leaks over the years, but this one is legitimate and shows an in-development build of Rockstar’s biggest title.

The latest leaks show multiple parts of GTA 6. For starters, a video highlights Jason playing basketball. Although this is far from the most interesting part of the game, it showcases the general movement and animation.
Rockstar appears to have kept Red Dead Redemption 2’s movement and animation style intact for GTA 6. The footage also shows minimal UI, but these elements may have been tuned by now.

Another gameplay video shows Jason driving a car and fighting an NPC. Driving seems to have taken a hint from GTA 4, while the combat appears to lean closer to Red Dead Redemption 2‘s slower style of fighting.
Similarly, these leaks have provided a look at the GTA 6 map. The map is said to feature 5 separate counties, with images highlighting specific areas such as Gloria Keys, Tequesta Retreat, and Catalan Keys.

Of course, the most important part is that Rockstar and Take-Two have copyright struck several videos showcasing these leaks. As such, there’s little doubt about their legitimacy at this point.
It is also said that this leak is part of a larger data breach at Rockstar, so more information about the game could show up ahead of the Netflix premiere.
