The Summer Game Fest host, Geoff Keighley, announced the gameplay world premiere for Mortal Kombat 1 at the event.
However, not much is known beyond this. The host has not confirmed the characters that will be featured in the gameplay reveal, but fans will not have to wait too long to find out more.
Since Summer Game Fest is known to feature developer interviews, Ed Boon from Mortal Kombat 1 will show up on the stage to elaborate on the upcoming fighting game. It is also possible that other developers join him on the stage.
Summer Game Fest will run for over two hours and feature at least three major announcements for fans. Those looking to enjoy the gameplay of the upcoming fighting game can easily join the live stream on June 8 at the Summer Game Fest official website.
This is exciting news for fans waiting to see the gameplay of Mortal Kombat 1. With the reveal being just two weeks away, the Mortal Kombat community has much to anticipate.
NetherRealm Studios previously also revealed the system requirements for PC. The game will take up a whopping 100 GB of storage, and 8GB VRAM is recommended to play on a PC.
