Doesn't Seem To Have Its Priorities Straight!

Story Highlight
  • This year, Xbox held an amazing showcase, and we have been hearing good things about it.
  • However, it seems that internally, things aren’t as good; a reliable insider reveals that the gaming giant is a complete mess right now.
  • He said that its priorities aren’t straight and second guesses many things, which is why it is a complete disaster.

This year, Xbox revealed some of its best games during its showcase, and fans were excited about them. The fandom is looking forward to games like Fable, Doom: The Dark Ages, Indiana Jones, Stalker 2, and many more.

The gaming giant also seems to be releasing its next-gen console in 2026, so if GTA 6 were to be delayed, it would hugely benefit from that. That said, despite that, an insider has claimed that Xbox is such a mess right now due to various reasons

Why it matters: Xbox right now is focusing more on its subscription service, but it isn’t totally abandoning the console market.

Jason Schreier discussed many different topics during the live streaming of the Spawncast on YouTube. When discussing Xbox’s presence during TGS, he said the gaming giant is a complete mess right now, and its priorities aren’t straight.

Xbox is such a mess right now, I feel like their plan is changing every single year.  They’re just a disaster over there, it’s really sad.

-Jason Scheier

Scheier is one of the most reliable insiders right now, and fans believe him to the fullest. So, his remarks hold a lot of value. He thinks that the tech giant changes plans every single as right now, it is talking about teasing a handheld over and over again.

However, he isn’t sure if it will do so. That is because a year ago, the giant was talking about how Indiana Jones would never come to PlayStation. So, his main point is that Xbox changes its mind every month, which is concerning.

Xbox Game Pass
Right Now, Xbox’s Main Focus is to Increase The Number of Game Pass Users

Such a massive company shouldn’t be second-guessing its actions. He also said that it is a disaster right now, which can really sum up the whole situation. As of now, it is unlikely that Microsoft will make any changes regarding the handheld as Xbox seems to be really involved in it

PlayStation is also actively taking part in bringing back its iconic handheld. So, hopefully, things will get better for Microsoft’s gaming division.
