Capcom has been focusing on the Resident Evil franchise lately. However, it also has many games that can still work well as remakes, and Dino Crisis is one of them. The demand for this remake is extremely high, and it is highly likely that Capcom will visit this franchise in the future.
The developer has already confirmed its intention to revive some classic franchises, so fans have high hopes. The Resident Evil creator has also chimed in on the discussion, but he believes Dino Crisis would not work in the modern era.

In a recent interview with Eurogamer, Shinji Mikami explained that Capcom has already covered the genre with another series. He was rather surprised when asked about Capcom’s plan to make a new Dino Crisis game.
