Fans say that Nintendo’s choice of art style resembles Unreal Engine 5 playable fan demos from a few years ago.
Many have pointed out that the original Ocarina of Time had a very distinct and gorgeous visual identity, so the remake going in this direction has been quite disappointing. In particular, the character models stand out and look quite uncanny due to Ocarina of Time Remake’s visual design.
