GTA 6 Fandom Is Going Crazy With Trailer Theories Amid No News From Rockstar

Rockstar, Release The Trailer Already!

Story Highlight
  • It has been over a year since the first trailer for GTA 6 was released.
  • Fans are losing patience as Rockstar has not given an update about the upcoming trailer.
  • The fandom has curated a theory claiming the trailer will be released on 27th December, which seems absurd.

GTA 6 first trailer was released over a year ago. The fandom has been patiently waiting and was expecting Rockstar to drop the second trailer before The Game Awards in a similar manner.

However, Rockstar has not given a single information about when the second trailer will be released. That is why the fandom has been developing theories about when the trailer will launch, and they just keep getting hilarious.

With the latest 27 December theory, fans have officially gone crazy, so Rockstar should at least give them some information to keep them sane.

Why it matters: GTA 6‘s first trailer broke many records instantly, as anticipation and hype were through the roof. Because of that, fans are way more excited about the second trailer.

Fans Are Setting Themselves Up For Disappointment By Having High Hopes For The Trailer Dropping On Dec 27 | Source: Twitter

As you can see in the image above, the user claims to be 100% sure that the trailer will be released on 27 December. However, the user’s first point is clearly wrong, as no official date of Rockstar’s founding is given.

Usually I’m skeptical about community theories, but this one really got me. If it turns out to be wrong, I ain’t believing anything else until the game actually drops.

The other three reasons also seem like a reach, which many fans believe. While some fans believe in the 27 December theory, others pointed out how crazy it is. One of the users even commented, ‘2027 with a skull emoji,’ implying that the game will be released in the said year.

One of the Rockstar Games developers has previously admitted that they laugh at the fans’ trailer theories. The company has not announced any information regarding releasing the second trailer on 27th December, so fans should not have any expectations.

Hopefully, the gaming drops the long-awaited trailer soon enough so the fandom can refrain from making such absurd yet hilarious theories
