GTA 6 has been the center of attention for most people, even though it hasn’t been released yet. Rockstar only confirmed its arrival but never dropped any specific year or date. This caused the people to spread leaks and rumors as rapidly as fire in a forest.
An old rumor has been traveling around that the GTA 6 will be based in Miami, where Grand Theft Auto: Vice City took place. This later became more believable after the GTA: Trilogy came, where fans speculated that the pictures in GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition hinted at the next game’s setting.

A leaked presentation picture of Take 2, a video game publisher that owns Rockstar games and 2K, revealed the upcoming games in pipelines to investors during an internal meeting. In those games, the release date of GTA 6 was also announced; according to a leaker, GTA 6 will be launching on ‘2H Calendar 2024’. This means that it will be released in the second half of 2024. This is enough to give most fans a sigh of relief since they can now expect a release date instead of waiting endlessly.
It is also expected that Rockstar will announce the release date and the logo for GTA 6 after Take-2’s Earnings call on May 16. If that is the case, you are already notified eight days before the official announcement.

Additionally, another game owned by Take-2 is 2K, whose latest NBA 2K22 launched on September 10, 2021. According to the same leaked presentation photo, NBA 2K23 is expected to be launch on September 16, 2022.
Kerbal Space Program is a game in which you craft your aircraft, carry out the flight process, and then explore the space. This game was released in 2011, and its sequel is being developed. Its initial release date was 2022, but according to this leaked slide, it has been allegedly delayed until the first half of 2024.
Finally, a title named ‘Mafia: primordial’ owned by 2K will launch in 2023. If you’re wondering if it could be the sequel to the famed Mafia 3, you might be wrong since Mafia is owned by Rockstar instead of 2K, so it is a different game. Knowing 2K produces top-notch games, this could be a worthwhile new game that fans will cling to for a long time. Or this could be a codename for a game that 2K doesn’t want to reveal yet.
