[Press Release] G.SKILL has announced the T5 Neo DDR5-6400 CL38 512GB (64GB x8) overclocked R-DIMM memory kit, specifically designed for AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO CPUs and WRX80 chipset motherboards.

Designed for professionals, this kit combines massive capacity, high speed, and reliable performance for demanding workloads such as AI training, data analytics, simulations, and content creation.

With support for AMD EXPO overclocking, the kit runs at DDR5-6400 CL38 and has been validated with the Threadripper PRO 9945WX on the ASUS Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE motherboard.

Each module features a 16-layer PCB for improved signal stability and integrates TVS diodes and a fuse to protect against power spikes, ensuring long-term reliability in high-performance systems.

The G.SKILL T5 Neo DDR5-6400 CL38 512GB kit will be available globally through G.SKILL partners starting August 2025.
