WB Games Montreal’s last AAA offering doesn’t immediately come to mind when thinking about superhero game recommendations. However, it has one major advantage over the aforementioned classics.
Gotham Knights allows players to team up for co-op-filled excitement and mayhem, adding a new layer to the experience. The open-world and combat system are made all the more fun when you have a buddy to tag along on the journey.
Lego Batman Trilogy
The Lego games rarely disappoint, and for those seeking a more casual experience, games like Lego Batman, Lego Batman 2 DC Super Heroes, and Lego Batman 3 Beyond Gotham are perfect picks.
This trilogy also offers co-op gameplay, allowing you to enjoy the experience with your friends.
Superhero games have a bright future, so it may be worth catching up on the genre if you’ve missed out on a few of the recent titles.
In the coming years, games like Black Panther, Wonder Woman, Iron Man, and Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra are expected to make a huge splash in the genre. As such, there’s never been a better time to jump in and explore this part of gaming.
