The last few years have been rough for PC gaming. With the supply shortages and scalping, PC users faced difficulty getting their hands on a brand new graphics card. Cryptocurrency mining was also added to the list of problems for PC builders.

However, recently things have been taking a turn for the better. Companies have begun to sort out their supply problems, and overall demand for the products has slowed down. We have reported on falling GPU prices in the past, which is just the beginning. Moreover, AMD GPUs have seen a massive drop in prices, while Nvidia GPU prices are relatively high.

Furthermore, the Radeon RX 6600 from AMD has managed to be a bit of an outlier in the situation. As prices have continued to decline, the Radeon RX 6600 is now available at MSRP.

A listing on Amazon now shows that the RX 6600 has hit an all-time low price. The custom variant from XFX camp, Speedster SWFT 210 Radeon RX 6600 CORE, can now be found at $330.

As the screenshot shows, the Radeon RX 6600 can now be bought for MSRP. The Graphics Card has also been in stock for a while now, so consumers should have no trouble purchasing the card.

The AMD Radeon RX 6600 is mainly aimed at 1080p gaming. The Graphics Card competes against the GeForce RTX 3060 from Nvidia. While both GPUs share the same MSRP, Nvidia’s offering is significantly more expensive at the moment. The GeForce RTX 3060 can outmatch the RX 6600 by a small margin in terms of performance. However, the difference in price points makes the Radeon RX 6600 a much better buy.

Over the year, Graphics Card prices have slowly been decreasing. Though many GPUs are still far from MSRP, the situation has improved significantly compared to last year. This trend is likely to continue with the next-generation GPUs over the horizon.

While pricing is expected to fall, the market has proven to be completely unpredictable. Therefore, it is difficult to predict what will happen. Nonetheless, the Radeon RX 6600 is a bargain at the $330 price point. The GPU is currently the best option for buyers to build a 1080p mid-range gaming PC. A similarly priced Nvidia GPU like the GeForce RTX 3050 is also much slower than the Radeon RX 6600. With AMD’s FSR and Ray-Tracing features, the RX 6600 could be the best mid-range card of this generation.
