- The upcoming Chinese RPG, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, is already selling quite well.
- The game is already among the top 5 sellers on Steam, despite 2 months to launch.
- It received great previews, praising it for fluid gameplay and brilliant visuals.
The upcoming action-RPG from 505 Games, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, is all set to release in a few months. The title takes heavy inspiration from Ninja Gaiden and Dark Souls, and souls-like fans are looking forward to it.
Despite being 2 months away, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers has already entered the Steam Top Sellers list, indicating that it could be a financial success for the studio.
Why it matters: Ever since the first gameplay reveal, fans have been hyped about the title. The mix of great character designs and visuals, with inspired gameplay from other hits, sounds like a recipe for success.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is now in the Steam Top Sellers, taking the 5th spot in the paid category. The only games that are above it include Oblivion Remastered, Clair Obscur, and other smaller indie titles; Schedule l and Crusader Kings 3.
Notably, the title has been announced for a July 24 release, so there are still over 2 months left till it comes out. So, already having a place in the top sellers is a very good sign for the studio Leenzee and publishers 505 Games.

Like Game Science, Leenzee is also a Chinese game development company. Black Myth: Wukong opened Chinese games to a whole new world, and all new Chinese games get a major push thanks to the action-RPG.
Nonetheless, Wuchang is looking very promising. The early previews were extremely promising, and the visuals were improved even further as the title was shifted to Unreal Engine 5 during its development.
