Red Dead Redemption 2 Still Going Strong!

Red Dead Redemption 2 was first released in 2018, but the game continues to be highly popular. Though the game has been on sale various times in 2023, Rockstar’s latest release has seen a 67% discount on the latest sale.

If you have missed the earlier sales, there is no need to worry, as the game is currently available for much lower than its $60 MSRP. Following the sale, Red Dead Redemption 2 has also made it into the top 3 best-selling games on Steam.

As seen above, Red Dead Redemption 2 is currently the third best-selling game on Steam. Since the game is on sale till 28th April, there is a possibility that the game might eventually reach the first position.

This top-selling list excludes free-to-play titles like CSGO, Apex Legends, or Dota. However, the five-year-old game has still managed to beat recent releases like the critically acclaimed Resident Evil 4 and popular titles like Cyberpunk 2077.

The Red Dead Redemption franchise is among Rockstar’s most popular franchises. Last year, it was reported that both games from franchises had sold over 70 Million copies worldwide.

This might be the right time for fans to revisit Arthur Morgan’s story or play it for the first time for those who have not tried it yet. The game has an exciting story, and popular actor Jack Black recently said he wants to see Red Dead Redemption on the big screen.

Red Dead Redemption 2 has already sold over 46 million copies worldwide. Nearly five years after its release, the game is still performing well without showing any signs of slowing down.
