Lies of P was one of the more popular titles released in 2023, and it certainly became a fan-favorite among those fond of Souls-likes.
The title was such a hit, in fact, that Neowiz began hiring for a sequel not long after its release. A new trademark filing now suggests that this potential sequel could be titled Wonders of O.

This filing has quickly caught attention because the first game already pointed toward a Wizard of Oz-inspired follow-up through its after-credits scene. The post-credits scene showcased Dorothy’s iconic red shoes and Krat, so it seems the studio is following through on this teaser.
Of course, Wonders of O has yet to be officially announced. The trademark filing does suggest that the game could be announced soon, possibly during this year’s Game Awards.
Given how well the team adapted Pinocchio’s story in Lies of P with dark themes, it will be interesting to see what the team brings to the table for Wonders of O. Moreover, fans are excited about the gameplay changes that will show up in the sequel to Lies of P.
