Ubisoft Showcase Set For June 10, 2024!

Story Highlights
  • Ubisoft Forward will be held in Los Angeles on June 10.
  • The event is expected to give us our very first look at the flagship Assassin’s Creed Red.
  • Other titles that could make appearances include Star Wars Outlaws and another Prince of Persia title.

The latest Ubisoft Forward has been officially announced, and it will take place on June 10. The studio will likely share new details about its future projects along with updates on the existing ones.

However, Assassin’s Creed Red should be the highlight of the show here.

Why it matters: Ubisoft has multiple projects in the pipeline that fans are quite interested in. Along with Assassin’s Creed Red, titles like Star Wars Outlaws are expected to launch in 2024.

Although the studio hasn’t officially confirmed it, Assassin’s Creed Red will likely have the biggest presence. The publisher has hyped the game quite a lot and has even claimed it’ll be the biggest blockbuster of the year.

Last year, the publisher unveiled Assassin’s Creed Mirage gameplay at the same event. However, this title was first shown off at the PlayStation Showcase. Anyhow, a proper look at Assassin’s Creed Red is long overdue.

The game is Ubisoft’s first attempt at a Japanese setting and will feature a male samurai and a female shinobi. It could also be the last RPG game, with the studio trying other options in the future.

Other than that, Star Wars Outlaws will almost certainly be featured. If recent ratings are anything to go by, the game is nearing a release date. It already received gameplay last year, so the studio could show off an even deeper look in June.

There are also rumors about a new Prince of Persia. It is said to be a roguelite game made in collaboration between Dead Cells developer Evil Empire and Ubisoft. It surfaced as a rumor today but could soon become a reality with Ubisoft Forward in two months.

Overall, Ubisoft’s event could be more exciting than it initially seems. We would not be shocked if a small teaser for Splinter Cell Remake was also aired since this project is expected to launch next year.

Fans should keep an eye out for the showcase in June. Others, like Summer Game Fest and the Xbox Showcase, will also return in two months.
