CDPR has multiple projects in its pipeline currently, including the upcoming DLC for The Witcher 3 and The Witcher 4, which will both launch in 2027 and 2028, respectively.

However, the team is also working on a remake of the original Witcher title. This game has not been seen in a while, and in a recent interview, the studio has confirmed that the project is currently on hold.

Why it matters: The Witcher Remake was previously postponed and expected to launch in 2028. However, the game is unlikely to meet this target now.

The Big Remake Won’t Be Coming For A While
