Delayed By Three Weeks

The Last of Us is an action-adventure survival game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The Last Of Us part 1 was previously released on PlayStation 5 in September 2022, the Remake of the original game launched in 2013.

The Remake was also planned to be released on the PC platform on 3rd March 2023, but the statement published on Friday by Naughty Dog has confirmed that The Last of Us Part I will be delayed by three weeks, and now the game will now be playable on 28th March 2023 via Steam.

PC gamers eagerly await the game, especially after the success of The Last of Us HBO TV series with a 97% critical score on Rotten Tomatoes. The new TV series has been acclaimed by international critics and fans worldwide, who faithfully waited to see the serial adaptation of their favorite video game on the screen.

The Last of Us has also been a success on social networks worldwide; all three episodes have been trending worldwide on Twitter during its premiere. To date, the teasers and trailers for the first season have amassed over 100 million views worldwide.

Following the worldwide success, both critically and with fans, HBO’s original drama The Last of Us has been renewed for a second season.

The first season of HBO’s The Last of Us covers the events of the 2013 video game of the same name. That leaves Naughty Dog’s 2020 sequel, The Last of Us Part II, for season 2 of the show, and, given that Craig Mazin previously said the game’s sequel would need more than one season to cover its TV adaptation, there’s very likely a third season.
