The Coalition

The Coalition is a powerhouse at Xbox Game Studios. Having been established over a decade ago in Vancouver, the studio initially worked on Microsoft Flight Simulator as its major project. However, Microsoft assigned it the task of leading the Gears of War franchise a few years later.

Since 2016, the developer has released various games in Microsoft’s popular first-party franchise. The Coalition is famous for its technical expertise and is often considered the best Xbox studio in this department.
