The king is finally back!

  • Update: The processor is again out of stock on Amazon. We will update this page as soon as it comes back.

With over a month after its release, the 9800X3D was nowhere to be found across any retailers. In fact, just a couple of days ago, we saw that the processor was only available at Walmart, and that too with a price tag of over $800. On the other hand, scalpers were selling the 9800X3D on eBay for anywhere between $600 and over $1000.

Finally, it looks like the 9800X3D is back in stock, as the processor is listed for $480 on Amazon. Take a look at the listing below:

Newegg is yet to catch up, as the processor is still out of stock there, but we expect it to be available soon

Why Is The 9800X3D So Hyped?

The Ryzen 7 9800X3D is currently the fastest gaming processor, beating its predecessor, the 7800X3D, which previously held the title. The key behind the 9800X3D’s great success is its high L3 Cache storage of 96MB, which gives it an edge in gaming, as there is more data to be stored for the CPU cores to process.

In our review of the 9800X3D, we saw that the CPU completely left behind all competition in gaming performance, so if you want the most framerates, the 9800X3D is the way to go. Take a look at our processor benchmarks below.
