A recent leak pointed at God of War Ragnarok information coming soon. While Sony did not reveal news on God of War Ragnarok at the date predicted in the leak, it seems the report was correct. 

PlayStation has just revealed the release date for God of War Ragnarok. This comes from the official PlayStation blog, and the company has even included a brand new CG trailer for the game. God of War Ragnarok releases on November 9, 2022.

God of War Ragnarok picks up after the events of the first game in the Norse saga. Ragnarok promises to be a much grander tale than the 2018 game, and fans can expect to face known figures from Norse mythology.

Back in 2018, Sony Santa Monica teased the inevitable showdown against Thor. Fans have undoubtedly been excited for this battle, given God of War’s history with epic boss fights. Thor has already been confirmed for God of War Ragnarok, and fans will soon be able to witness the long-awaited face-off. The new trailer also shows off a giant wolf that could make for an exciting boss battle in the game.
