PlayStation’s latest State of Play has concluded, bringing various exciting reveals and announcements, including the gameplay debut of Capcom’s upcoming Onimusha reboot.
Among the other announcements, PlayStation has confirmed a launch date for Stellar Blade’s PC port. This version of the game is coming much sooner than expected, with the announcement revealing a June 2025 release.
Why it matters: Stellar Blade’s arrival on PC marks three PlayStation-exclusive games heading to the platform within the first six months of 2025. Spider-Man 2 was launched recently, and The Last of Us Part 2 is heading to the platform soon.
In addition to the PC port, the latest trailer reveals Stellar Blade’s upcoming Goddess of Victory – Nikke crossover DLC.
The new content is currently in development and will be available alongside the PC release. As such, PC players experiencing the game for the first time will have access to all the extra boss battles and DLC outfits.
No PC-specific features have been announced at this time, but fans can expect more details in the coming months. The game will likely come with extra bells and whistles associated with most PC versions, including support for DLSS, ultrawide displays, and more.
Ahead of the launch, Stellar Blade is expected to be a major success on the platform. Developer Shift Up previously stated that it has high hopes for the title, setting its sights on even better sales than the PS5 release.
