Since its release, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 has taken over the gaming world with fans and critics alike giving the RPG rave reviews.
But, the game has had to face its fair share of controversy to come this far and it doesn’t look like it’s ending soon. Fans are now calling out the game for having exclusive quests for players who pre-ordered the title, citing the practice similar to Ubisoft.
Why it matters: Similar to how studios like EA and Ubisoft get called out for anti-consumer practices, it’s ok to make smaller developers aware of such issues.

Furthermore, the post relays that Ubisoft shouldn’t be the only studio that comes under fire for such practices and Warhorse deserves criticism for this.
Replies under the Reddit post agreed with the original poster, amplifying that the pre-order quest bonus is rather annoying. Many called the inaccessible quests and the items resulting from them “gross“, but the expansions were given some leeway.
