New Details On The GTA 6 Leak via Twitter

As stated by content creator MMI, a source has shared more details on the infamous hack from 2022.

Two years ago, GTA 6 suddenly leaked on Twitter and various other platforms after Arion Kurtaj gained access to Rockstar’s Slack channels. New details on the situation suggest that this happened via a classic phishing scam.

Kurtaj reportedly faked an email, which a Rockstar India employee then clicked on while working from home. The hacker gained access to this developer’s browser data, revealing nearly 100 videos that showed protagonists Lucia and Jason, gameplay mechanics like going prone while in combat, and much more.

The studio eventually removed the leaks and pursued legal action against the hacker. However, Arion Kurtaj was not willing to back down and even threatened further leaks before being arrested.
