New Products With iCUE LINK Support!

[Press Release] Few names are as familiar to PC gamers as CORSAIR. The company is famous for various products, ranging from power supplies to headsets and much more. Its latest addition to the market comes in the form of a new generation of Hydro X lineup.

In addition to the new products, CORSAIR is using its iCUE LINK ecosystem for the seamless building of custom cooling blocks. The ecosystem also brings several other benefits.

Corsair iCUE LINK Hydro X

With various microcontrollers built into the Hydro X components, PC users can monitor temperature and performance through the iCUE software.

New improvements to the iCUE LINK XC7 RGB Elite lead to significantly better cooling for the CPU. This is made possible through a redesigned Hexa-flow cooling engine using laminar flow.

CORSAIR has included sensors to allow user customization through the software, and the nickel-plated copper cold plate is responsible for keeping heat away from the processor.

This impressive performance is complemented by 24 RGB LEDs for unmatched visuals. The water block allows tool-free installation for modern Intel and AMD sockets, and the pre-applied thermal paste continues to ensure ease of access is never compromised.

Users who seek an appealing aesthetic in addition to competent performance can also consider the XC7 RBG Elite LCD variant of the water block. The variant includes all the bells and whistles of the XC7 RGB Elite but adds a 2.1″ LCD with 480×480 resolution.

Using the CORSAIR iCUE software, this screen can be fully customized, allowing users to implement custom images, gifs, or information like system temperature. In addition to its CPU water block, CORSAIR is bringing the XG3 RGB Hybrid for GPUs.

This product comes in three different models, ensuring compatibility across a wide range of graphics cards and making it suitable for modern Nvidia GeForce RTX or AMD RDNA graphics cards.

In addition to exceptional cooling, CORSAIR has included a temperature sensor in the GPU water block to allow monitoring and temperature control. Current owners of the iCUE XG7 RGB can also use a basic GPU RGB adapter to make it compatible with an iCUE LINK setup.

Users looking to go the extra mile with their custom-cooling setups can consider the iCUE LINK XD5 pump/reservoir combo. The combo integrates a Xylem D5 pump and 440ml nylon reservoir for an efficient cooling flow.

Like the other offerings, CORSAIR includes temperature sensors in the pump/reservoir combo. While the iCUE LINK XD5 does not come with an LCD screen, a variant with a screen is set to launch later in 2023.

Nearly all of these products are already available on the market and can be found on CORSAIR’s official website and distributors. On the other hand, the iCUE LINK GPU adapter is currently up for pre-order and will be released in September.

All products are covered by an extensive warranty lasting up to three years. More information about the Hydro X series can be found on CORSAIR’s official website.
