RTX 3090 And RX 6950 XT For 4k Experience!

Dead Island 2 is one of the most anticipated games of this year despite being delayed again and again. Many had lost hope for the game due to the multiple delays, but Dambuster Studios managed to complete the game, and it will be finally launching on April 21, 2023.

A few days before launch, the PC system requirements of the game have finally been revealed on the official site of Dead Island 2. The minimum requirements to play the game at 1080P 30 FPS include 10GB of RAM and a GeForce RTX 1060/ AMD RX 480.

However, the 4K 60 FPS experience needs 16GB RAM and top-of-the-line GPUs like the GeForce RTX 3090/ AMD RX 6950 XT.

The minimum and the maximum requirements to play the game don’t seem too high compared to recent games like The Last of Us Part 1. However, the CPU requirements for 4K are particularly high, asking for higher-tier current-gen processors from Intel and AMD.

The developer also revealed that Dead Island 2 supports technologies like FSR2. Moreover, 70 GB of storage is needed to download the game.

Judging by the requirements, most PC gamers with modern hardware should be able to play the game at 1080p and 1440p. However, only time will tell if the port will do justice to the PC platform.

Dead Island 2 will be released on nearly every console and PC on April 21. Do you think think the PC requirements are justified? Can your system handle the game?
