Original Creator Pleased With Dead Space Remake!

The Dead Space Remake is now available across consoles and PC, providing a stunning rendition of the 2008 horror classic. Gaming fans and critics have sung praises of EA Motive’s recent work, and it looks like the original Dead Space creator has been just as impressed with the remake.

In reply to a recent Linkedin post, Dead Space creator and CEO of Striking Distance Studios, Glen Schofield, has thanked EA Motive and the team for their faithful recreation in the Dead Space Remake.

The creator has praised the original game, and his statement aligns with the popular sentiment that the original Dead Space games have aged exceptionally well. He stated:

“To Motive, thank you for your care in remaking the game faithfully. Congratulations.”

Dead Space Remake attempts to carry forward the game’s iconic elements, like the intense horror atmosphere and nerve-racking gameplay. Many of these features have been perfectly translated into the new release.

However, EA Motive has also made some changes to Dead Space Remake. These changes include gameplay elements and narrative decisions that the studio believes improve the overall experience for new and returning players.

Glen Schofield was recently hard at work on a new franchise inspired by his work on Dead Space. Gaming audiences were excited about The Callisto Protocol because of the staff’s previous experience with Dead Space, but the game failed to live up to expectations

However, Glen Schofield and Striking Distance Studios managed to create a visually breathtaking experience in the horror genre, even if the game fell short in other areas. Many have even claimed that The Callisto Protocol is graphically superior to Dead Space Remake.

While gaming audiences have already been happy with the Dead Space Remake, EA Motive has impressed the original creator, adding another great achievement for the team. EA Motive is also working on a new Iron Man game, and the developer’s recent work should give fans a lot of hope for the Marvel video game.
