More Games On Game Pass And Ps Plus?

Koei Tecmo is a Japanese company that deals in video games and anime. The company is most well-known for making titles such as Nioh, Ninja Gaiden, and more.

The latest game from the studio is Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty which received love from many fans but faced a few issues on the PC platform. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty also launched on Xbox Game Pass, allowing new players to try the game and the genre.

Following this release, Koei Tecmo has hinted towards bringing more games to Xbox Game Pass and PS Plus.

A survey regarding Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty asked which of other titles from the company fans would like to see on premium game subscriptions like PS Plus and Xbox Game Pass.

Previously Japanese developers like Atlus have also brought major games like Persona 5 to the subscription. This may set a new trend with more Japanese developers porting games onto the Xbox platform due to the appeal of Game Pass.

Considering the success of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty on Xbox Game Pass, it is no wonder why Koei Tecmo wants to bring more games on such platforms. Koei Tecmo could use the subscription to introduce lesser-known franchises like Atelier Ryza to more players.

Despite the bugs and poor PC performance, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is also Koei Tecmo’s most successful PC release. The game saw many negative reviews but reached an impressive 75,906 concurrent players at launch.

Microsoft’s marketing and the game’s availability on Xbox Game Pass may have played a significant role in this success, and it looks like this has encouraged the studio to explore more subscriptions in the future.

What do you think of Koei Tecmo bringing games to Game Pass and Ps plus? Which game would you like them to bring next?
