Most Streamed Xbox Games Showcase!

The Xbox Games Showcase was arguably the best showcase of this year and was well-received by fans in general. The showcase displayed 27 games, among which 13 were exclusive to Xbox. Moreover, 21 of these titles will join Game Pass at release.

In a recent blog post, Xbox expressed gratitude to fans and revealed that the Xbox Games Showcase 2023 was the gaming giant’s most successful showcase to date, accumulating an impressive 92 million views within the first seven days.

Why it matters: Xbox fans have complained about the lack of first-party games in the past few years. However, Xbox Games Showcase 2023 turned the tide by revealing new first-party Xbox games and highlighting gameplay for already announced games.

Xbox Game Pass Microsoft First Party AAA Games

This figure marks a remarkable 38% increase in viewership over 2022.

Therefore, the showcase has become the most viewed and highest-rated Xbox Showcase ever. Xbox Games Showcase 2023 unveiled several new looks at first-party Xbox exclusives, including games like Fable.

Additionally, fans were delighted to witness the first gameplay trailer reveal for Avowed, the release date for Forza Motorsport, and a new look at Ninja Theory’s work on Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2.

In addition to the first-party exclusives, other exciting games were unveiled, such as the open-world Star Wars: Outlaws, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, and the Persona 3 Remake.

As such, the showcase had something for everybody, making it a huge success.

Aside from game reveals, a new Xbox Series S model was shown at the event. The new Xbox Series S features 1TB of storage and comes in a sleek carbon black color, matching the Xbox Series X.

At the end of the showcase, Starfield Direct offered an in-depth look into Xbox and Bethesda’s upcoming large-scale RPG. Following this success, Xbox has confirmed its presence at Gamescom in August.
