GTA 6: Take Two Hints At April 2024-March 2025 Release Window

Expects To Set New Standards In The Industry!

GTA 6 has been the subject of many rumors and leaks over the last few months. Following a massive leak in 2022, fans finally learned more about this anticipated Grand Theft Auto game, but Rockstar has remained silent since then.

While nothing new has been said, a recent statement from Take-Two appears to provide a solid hint at the game’s release date. Going by Rockstar’s parent company, GTA 6 may release in the fiscal year 2025.

Why it matters: GTA 6 is arguably the most anticipated game in the entire industry. The smallest tease from Rockstar and Take-Two becomes a huge deal, and the latest teaser appears to be a solid hint at the next Grand Theft Auto game.

Take-Two expects big things for the fiscal year 2025. For the unfamiliar, fiscal year 2025 covers a window of April 2024 to March 2025.

The company states:

“We expect to enter this new era by launching several groundbreaking titles that we believe will set new standards in our industry.”

The Grand Theft Auto franchise has always been groundbreaking. Games like GTA 4, GTA 5, and more have set new standards in the open-world genre of games, and GTA 6 is expected to follow a similar trend.

Take-Two also expects a highly successful fiscal year in terms of revenue. While the publisher has various franchises that can account for this surge, none of them can compare to the popularity and success of Grand Theft Auto.

As such, a release date for GTA 6 in 2024 or early 2025 seems imminent. Judging by recent games, Rockstar might aim for late 2024, with months like September, October, or November being potential picks for the much-anticipated game.

With the current-gen consoles and several years of development, GTA 6 has the potential to become the best Grand Theft Auto title to date. The latest report means that fans could be playing the game in just over a year, and the excruciating wait for the title may just be worth it.
