For the uninitiated, Hogwarts Legacy is shaping to be a brilliant addition to the Harry Potter canon. Set in the 1890s, it sees you joining the school in the fifth year and playing the world’s most exciting game of catch-up. After choosing your house, gender, and appearance, you’ll be plunged into an adventure in iconic locations like Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade, the Forbidden Forest, and of course, Hogwarts.
The gameplay will see you encounter many magical creatures, including hippogriffs, dragons, trolls, nifflers, mooncalves, and more. You’ll be completing quests, undertaking challenges, acquiring new spells and talents, and working through the game’s thrilling campaign.
