Expedition 33 winning GOTY, as voted by the Thai gamers, further confirms that the RPG captivated gamers across all platforms and regions, and it also enhances the game’s credibility across other regional and international game shows.

The community also expects it to win the GOTY award at the end of the year during the much bigger The Game Awards 2025 show. On a side note, the team behind the game recently claimed that the entry only captured 85% of its original vision.
