- Battlefield 6 is set to arrive on Xbox Game Pass on October 13.
- Microsoft has also added titles like Gears of War: E-Day to the subscription recently.
- Battlefield 6’s Game Pass launch will coincide with the release of Season 5 and could help restore interest in the title.
Following its price cut and more interest in the Xbox brand than before, Game Pass continues to provide a solid lineup of both first and third-party titles for its subscribers.
In addition to a recent release like Gears of War: E-Day, the service is now set to offer Battlefield 6 as part of its games lineup.
Why it matters: Game Pass continues to add excellent games for its subscribers as Microsoft races to provide more value through the service.

Xbox has revealed the next wave of games set to join Game Pass. All of these titles will be available on the service from October 13, with Battlefield 6 being the star of the show.
Note that Battlefield 6 will be available on Game Pass Ultimate and PC as part of EA Play’s selection of games. Moreover, other games like Valor Mortis, Neon Abyss 2, etc., will also join the service.
As for Battlefield 6, a Game Pass release could help the game bounce back from its current struggles. Battlefield 6 Season 5 will also kick off on the same day, taking the game to Las Vegas with 3 new maps and tons of other content.
Despite being the biggest game of last year, Battlefield 6 disappeared from conversations rather abruptly. The game is just one year old, and its Game Pass launch arrives just ahead of Modern Warfare 4’s release.
Therefore, it will be interesting to see whether the title manages to leave a lasting impact thanks to its subscription launch.
