GTA 6 is expected to set industry records that many other AAA entries have never even attempted. The game will also feature original tracks and music choices that will make Leonida feel even more alive and thriving.
Rockstar Games has revealed a new music album for GTA 6 in a new announcement. It comes with 34 original tracks from incredibly prominent music artists, such as Travis Scott and PinkPantheress, which has gotten fans incredibly riled up.
Why it matters: While a lot of GTA 6 fans are incredibly excited for the album and the original music planned for the game, a lot have also pointed out the irony in the announcement. The game is not getting a disc edition, which has made many fans upset with Rockstar.

The studio has confirmed on Twitter that six singles are already available to stream online on Spotify and other major platforms, while the rest of the album can also be pre-saved.

The physical version of the album comes in three separate editions. The first is a $20 CD that includes the full album and booklet in a beautiful jewel case. The second is a full-fledged vinyl set that sets you back $50 and includes two transparent magenta discs with blue splatter.
Lastly, the third is a limited-edition collector’s vinyl that comes with two transparent magenta discs filled with blue liquid. This one is the most expensive, sitting at $125 a set.
The whole GTA 6 album will launch on November 19th with the game. Meanwhile, the physical editions are already available to be pre-ordered, and they will ship from November 20th.
Rockstar is also facing controversy with this announcement, as the company previously announced there won’t be a disc edition for GTA 6.
Do you think Rockstar Games will eventually cave in and launch a physical version of GTA 6 later down the road after launch, or will we only end up with the music album? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below, or join the discussion on the Tech4Gamers forum.
