Story Highlight
  • PC Game Pass added over 130 games last year.
  • It has been reported that the added games are worth $4,800.
  • Over 35 games were day-one releases on the platform.

While 2024 was a roller coaster year for Microsoft, as the company made so many changes to its strategy, Xbox Game Pass remains one of its strengths.

A recent report suggests that PC Game Pass rolled out over 135 games last year, valued at $4,800.

Why it matters: PC Game Pass has proven to be a value-for-money subscription over the years, and the report confirms it.

PC Game Pass Added A Total of 137 Games Last Year.

A recent report from PCgamesN confirms that PC Game Pass released 137 games worth around $4,800 last year.

Around 10 new games were added to the platform each month, consisting of one or two day-one releases. The Pass costs around $12 per month, so offering over $400 of just new games every month is pretty impressive from the service.

While 37-day-one releases are already impressive enough, it included the biggest first-party titles from Microsoft last year, such as Call of Duty Black Ops 6, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and Hellblade 2.

Massive third-party releases, such as Manor Lords, Palworld, Frostpunk 2, and Dungeons of Hinterberg, came out on day one on PC Game Pass.

Some of the most popular titles of recent times, like Diablo 4, Modern Warfare 3, Ark Survival Ascended, and Lords of the Fallen, were among the titles added to the platform in 2024.

Therefore, 2024 was another great year for PC Game Pass users. While it’s obvious that nobody could play every game released on the service last year, at least they had a massive library to choose from.

Nonetheless, 2025 looks better than last year, with more first-party releases like Doom: The Dark Ages, Fable, and others planned for release on the subscription service.

What were your favorite titles released on the subscription service last year? Which game are you excited the most about in 2025? Let us know in the comments or be a part of the Tech4Gamers Forum.
