Streamer Brought To Tears After Receiving Harassment!

Hogwarts Legacy, a highly anticipated video game set in the Harry Potter universe, was finally made playable yesterday, which was a huge day for all of the fans of the series. Although the game’s official release is set for February 10; however, those who purchased the Deluxe Edition had the advantage of playing it three days earlier.

The game has been a hot topic since its announcement due to J.K. Rowling’s transphobic comments. Even though J.K. Rowling had nothing to do with the development of the game, many people demanded that it be boycotted. While many people are enjoying the game, things have not been as easy for Twitch Streamers.

Those who are in favor of boycotting Hogwarts Legacy due to J.K Rowling’s remarks have taken a new step, and are now harassing Twitch streamers that are playing the game. A couple on Twitch called Girlfriend Reviews was recently brought to tears by their chat harassing them for playing Hogwarts Legacy.

There have been numerous further reports of harassment, and someone even created a website called Have They Streamed That Wizard Game to track all Twitch streamers playing Hogwarts Legacy, to harass/boycott them.

While the controversy regarding the game has been huge, it looks like Hogwarts Legacy is still going to overcome the obstacles and become a massive success, as it has only been a day since people saw Hogwarts Legacy in action themselves, and it is already doing huge numbers, and the reviews are highly positive.

We are excited and looking forward to the official launch of the game on February 10th. This is the limited information we have for now, but we will be on the lookout for more news regarding Hogwarts Legacy in the future.
