Modders Will Go Crazy On This One!

Story Highlight
  • Stellar Blade, the game that received a really positive reception last year, is finally making its way to the PC platform.
  • The game was originally released as a PS5 exclusive, but it will now be available on PC in less than a month.
  • The trailer was mistakenly posted on PlayStation’s official YouTube channel recently, revealing the game’s release date of 11 June.

Stellar Blade, one of the most loved games last year, was a PlayStation exclusive, which disappointed many fans. There are tons of PC gamers, and a lot of them want to get their hands on this game.

The developer shortly confirmed that the game would be released on the PC, but a release date wasn’t given. However, just recently, PlayStation accidentally leaked the game’s PC version trailer, and its release date has been confirmed. Stellar Blade for PC will launch on 11 June.

Why it matters: PC gamers are not fond of the fact that some games are exclusive to the PlayStation 5. While there is already a plethora of titles available on the PC, fans miss out on some of the latest games because of these exclusivity deals.

The game’s trailer was posted on PlayStation’s official YouTube channel, but before they removed it, it was too late. The fandom was too quick to download and post it on Reddit. You can watch the whole trailer by clicking on the link here

The trailer starts by featuring Eve and then shows the difference between turning DLSS off and on (there is a huge difference in the FPS). The frame rates are also unlocked, and it also features ultrawide support.

Of course, the game supports DualSense on PC too, so you will feel haptic feedback and the trigger effects. There is also a new boss battle, and 25 new costumes have been added. The higher resolution makes the environment and textures look absolutely gorgeous.

The developers have ensured that PC fans can enjoy the game to the fullest. However, we all know the modding community is going to go crazy on this one.
